Detailed Description: 3M Temflex™ 1700C Series Printed vinyl electrical tape in black color has rubber resin adhesive to offer strength of 22 oz to steel and other materials backing. It offers 10000000 mega-Ohm insulation resistance and is flame-resistant. Tape is used for protective jacketing and harnessing. It has PVC backing that resists abrasion, moisture, alkalis, corrosion and varying weather conditions. Tape has voltage rating of 600 Volts and offers a dielectric strength of 1000 Volts/mil at standard condition. It operates at a temperature of 80 deg C. It measures 792 Inch x 1.500 Inch and is 0.007 Inch thick. Tape is UL listed and CSA certified.

It is for use in MSHA approved splicing kits and has excellent resistance to abrasion, moisture, alkalies, acid, copper corrosion and varying weather conditions without adding bulk.
