Detailed Description: Appleton 3-Pole Manual contactor has malleable iron material construction with gray epoxy powder coating for durability. It provides explosion and dust-ignition proof. It has a current rating of 30 Amps and voltage rating of 600 VAC. It has a power rating of 3 Hp at 120 VAC, 7-1/2 Hp at 240 VAC, 15 Hp at 480 VAC and 15 Hp at 600 VAC. Contactor can be used to install a electrical wiring devices and comes with dead-end hub arrangement of size 3/4 Inch. It has easily readable operating handle made of nylon material with supply for padlocking in the ON/OFF position. Contactor is suitable for manual starting of small motors in hazardous locations by the presence of flammable vapors, gases and combustible dust. It meets NEMA 3/3R/7CD/9EFG rating. Manual contactor is UL listed and CSA certified.
