Detailed Description: BRK CPhoto smoke and carbon monoxide alarm with voice alert is especially designed for residential and institutional applications including sleeping rooms of hospitals, hotels, motels and dormitories. It features a photoelectric smoke sensing chamber and is an electrochemical CO sensor. It measures 5 Inch x 5 Inch x 2 Inch. It is rated at 0.05 Amps. 120V AC/DC, 60Hz for feasible operation and have a monitored 3 Volts AA battery backup. It has solid state piezo horn rated at 85 dB at 10 ft and temperature of 40 - 100 deg F. Alarm features a voice warning in addition with 11 pre-programmed locations. It features photoelectric smoke sensor and electrochemical CO sensor.

Unit comes with end of life signal that should be capable of temporarily being silenced for up to two days. It is provided with visual power-on indicator to confirm unit is receiving AC power or has switched to battery backup mode. 1-Button alarm has two latching feature that includes alarm latch to conveniently identify initiating alarm after alarm condition has subsided and low battery latch to visually identify which unit is in low battery condition. It is provided with two locking feature including tamper resistant locking pins that lock battery drawer and/or alarm to mounting bracket. It comes with dust cover and is perfect mount allows for easy alignment of alarm.

The unit is rated at 40 - 100 deg F with relative humidity of 10 - 95 percent for feasible operation. Alarm can silence the low-battery chirp for up to eight hours or temporarily silence an unwanted nuisance alarm. It has a plug in connector that capable of interconnection of up to 18 alarms, 12 of which can be smoke alarms. The unit shall meet the requirement of CSFM, NFPA 72, 720 and the ICC. It is UL listed.
