Detailed Description: Crouse-Hinds EVI301 Series Incandescent explosion proof fixture with guard luminaire accommodates all medium base PS25 incandescent lamps of up to 300 Watts. It features epoxy powder coating for corrosion resistance. It can be used with type 4X marine, wet outdoor location, hose down environments, tough environmental conditions and for the places where consistent light level is relatively unaffected by extremes in ambient temperature. Luminaire has standard 90 deg C rated building wire for 150-Watts 40 deg C ambient application, that is suitable for more than 75% of all applications.

Luminaire is suitable for manufacturing plants, heavy industrial facilities, industrial process facilities such as refineries, chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical and platforms. It works up to 65 deg C and can also be used for lighting of loading docks/tunnels/stairways/storage closets/task lighting. Luminaire is provided with Krydon® fiberglass-reinforced polyester reflector to provide superior light distribution pattern. It comes with heat/impact-resistant glass globe and silicone gaskets to seal out dirt/dust/moisture with added durability.Luminaire is factory-sealed and does not require any external seals. It includes quick connect fixture threads onto mounting module for ease of installation. It comes with 3/4-Inch hub size and has ceiling mounting style. Luminaire is engineered with shock absorbing receptacle and EV505 guard. It is easy to assemble and relamp. Luminaire is UL/cUL listed and meets NEC/CSA/CEC standards.
