Detailed Description: Easy Heat 250-ft Self-regulating trace cable automatically alters the heat output according to changes in the surrounding temperature. It is designed for commercial roofs and gutters that are prone to ice-damming and dangerous icicles. It has a power rating of 5 Watts/ft and voltage rating of 120 Volts. It comes with a TPE jacket to provide insulation to the cable and is ideal for installation in dry or wet environments.

SR Trace cable prevents water pipes from freezing, helps maintain liquids in pipes at a constant temperature and also helps maintain constant viscosity as well as flow. It can be overlapped to reduce the risk of damaging temperature sensitive roof coatings. It offers maximum freeze protection for pipes and vessels in ambient temperatures up to -40 deg C. 240 VAC Cable can also be used in 208/277 VAC applications. Trace cable is cULUS listed and CSA certified.
