Detailed Description: Edwards Explosion-proof fire alarm DC vibrating bell in gray color features corrosion resistant gray epoxy finish for enhanced durability. It has a striker that continues to strike the 10-Inch gong in rapid-fire as long as current is applied and produces a long, continuous ringing sound. Bell is completely assembled and mounts directly on any solid surface. Bell comes with self-compensating solenoid plunger and wire leads with sealing fitting for connection to 3/4-Inch conduit. It draws low power for efficient operation over long runs. It has the current rating of 0.240 Amps and voltage rating of 20 - 24 VDC. It is designed to produce noise level of 99 dB at 10 ft. It is 5-3/8 inches deep. It is ideal for using in indoor applications and is best suited for fire alarm applications in refineries, gasoline storage/dispensing areas, flammable liquid areas, paint spray booths, aircraft refuelling areas, granaries, flour mills/coal mines and other combustible dust areas.
