Detailed Description: Federal Signal TelCom® Extension ringer bell is ergonomically designed for use with an analog telephone. It is activated with the ringing signal of a telephone system. The ringing signal that has a voltage rating of 40 - 150 VAC at 16 - 60 Hz and 120-VAC local power can activate a TelCom signal. It has an operating current of 0.08 Amps. The 4-Inch bell is housed in sturdy zinc die-cast and is painted with gray powder coat enamel for resistance against corrosion. It measures 4.530 Inch x 4.730 Inch x 5.100 Inch. Loudness rating of ringer bell is 98 dB at 10 ft distance for signaling incoming call.

Ringer bell features an internal solid-state relay and 6 ft, three-conductor power cord that extends from the unit. Telcom device is designed for high ambient noise areas such as machine, manufacturing facilities and sheet metal shops. It is secured in type 1 enclosure. Device produces a 98 dB signal at 10 ft making it ideal to be used in large open areas such as loading dock, warehouses or at a large office. Ringer bell is FCC approved and CSA certified.
