Detailed Description: Fluke MicroScanner2 Cable verifier measuring 3 Inch x 6.400 Inch x 1.400 Inch verifies voice/data/video cable and services with a revolutionary user interface. It has revolutionary interface feature for displaying graphical wiremap, length measurement of 1500 ft with resolution to 1 ft, cable ID locators and distance to fault on one screen. The multimedia support tests all common media types including RJ11, RJ45, Coax, without requiring adapters. The IntelliTone toning locates virtually any cable or wire pair with IntelliTone digital tone at 500 kilo-Hz and analog tones at 400 Hz/1 kilo-Hz. It has rugged housing with an integrated rubber holster for increased grip and is durable enough for the toughest jobs. It also has large, backlit LCD display for displaying results crystal clear whether in bright sunshine or in a dark closet. It uses twisted-pair test connectors with UTP, FTP, SSTP 8-pin modular jack for 8-pin modular RJ45/4-pin modular RJ11 plugs and coax F-connector for 75/50/93 Ohm cables.

Cable verifier comes with VDV service detection for verifying today's media services, including 10/100/1000 Ethernet, POTS and PoE. It features PoE detection that solicits and detects the presence of 802.3af compatible PoE devices and the Ethernet port test advertised speed of 802.3 Ethernet ports. It uses two AA alkaline batteries for power supply. It has 32 - 113 deg F operating temperature with 90% humidity and storage temperature from -4 - +140 deg F.
