Detailed Description: Hammond Distribution transformer is 1-Phase 1 KVA wall-mounting transformer with steel heavy-duty NEMA 3R standard enclosure, electrostatic shield. It withstands temperature rating of 80 deg C and insulation system of 130 deg. Transformers are encapsulated with electrical grade silica sand and resin compounds, which completely enclose the core and coil to remove moisture, airborne contaminants and eliminates corrosion and deterioration. It has primary voltage of 240x480 Volts, secondary voltage of 120/240 Volts and frequency of 60 Hz. Typical applications include institutional, commercial, industrial, petrochemical, marine, mining, etc. It measures 5.500 Inch x 5.880 Inch and winding is made of copper. Transformer is UL listed/ABS type approval and meets NEMA ST-20 standards.
