Block has an operating temperature of 0 to 75 deg C. It has 25 rows each containing one clip. Block is designed to meet the requirements of data distribution using familiar quick-clips for termination. It has the ability to transmit data rates up to 100 MHz.

Block features four slots on each row that offers flexibility for various configurations. Block features one pair conductors inside and three pair conductors outside. It has beryllium copper jack contacts with 50 micro-inches gold plating, more than 50 - 100 micro-inches nickel. Block terminates 22 - 26 AWG solid/stranded conductors.
