It feature durable, two layers of molded insulation to provide protection against electric shock. Cutting pliers are 8-1/4 inches long and has sure-gripping crosshatched knurled jaws of size 13/16 Inch x 1-3/16 Inch x 7/16 Inch. Plier has thick, exceptionally tough, high-dielectric white inner coating that is bonded to the tool. A flame retardant, impact-resistant, bright orange outer coating is used on cutting pliers. High-leverage design has angled head for easier work in confined areas. Plier has rivet closer to the cutting edge for 36% greater cutting power than other plier designs. Hand contact with conductive parts is prevented by integral guards.
