Detailed Description: Leviton Telephone input distribution panel propagates up to 4 telephone lines through 12 telephone connections, making it an ideal choice for phone, fax or modem. It has four RJ-11 jacks to accept satin telephone cords CATV MSO triple play modems. Panel has 8-position 110-style IDC to accept incoming line from the demarc. It has security jack with tethered cut-through plug, ADO and test jacks. It measures 3.520 Inch x 1.50 Inch x 7 Inch and connects an auto dial security system to incoming phone line #1.

Panel has RJ-45 jacks to offer 4-line telephone distribution. It includes 12 8-Inch telephone patch cords for convenience.
