Detailed Description: Littelfuse Powr-Gard® L50S Series Very fast acting semiconductor fuse is manufactured with Littelfuse®-developed technology that sets tomorrow's standards for accuracy, consistent quality, reliability and predictable performance. It measures 1-1/2 Inch diameter x 4-11/32 Inch. It is designed specifically for supplementary protection of semiconducting devices such as silicon controlled rectifiers (SCR's), diodes, thyristors, triacs, transistors and similar solid-state devices. It keeps transient overvoltage's to low levels and help reduce semiconductor failure and has a reliable interruption of all overcurrents up to 200,000 Amps at 500 VAC. It has rated current and voltage rating 350 Amps and 500/450 Volts respectively. Fuse is UL listed and CSA certified.

Applications: Designed specifically for supplementary protection of semiconducting devices such as silicon controlled rectifiers (SCRÆs), diodes, thyristors, triacs, transistors, and similar solid-state devices. These devices are used in power equipment including variable speed drives, power rectifiers, UPS systems, DC power supplies, and in a wide range of electronic equipment.
