Detailed Description: NSI Easy Tap™ IPSC Series Insulation piercing connector in black color is made of fiber reinforced thermal plastic for high strength and performance. It measures 2.600 Inch x 2.200 Inch x 3.300 Inch. Connector can be fit on energized conductors. It can handle main conductor of size 4/0 - 2 AWG and tap conductor of size 2/0 - 6 AWG. It is suitable for solid or stranded aluminum and copper wires. Connector does not require tape or cover and there is no necessity to strip wire. Connector has aluminum current rating of 235 Amps and copper current rating of 300 Amps. It has voltage rating of 600 Volts. Connector has temperature rating of 90 deg C. It is versatile and safe to use. It is suitable for copper-to-copper, copper-to-aluminum and aluminum-to-aluminum applications. Connector is UL listed and meets ANSI requirements.
