Detailed Description: Progress Lighting 8-Inch, 45-deg Sloped ceiling housing has universal J-box with snap-out sides and grounding pigtail for good wiring system. It is featured with integral Romex clamps and knockout free integral Romex clamps. It is featured with 1/2-Inch or 3/4-Inch knockouts for rigid conduit or BX fittings. Housing measures 7.500 Inch x 15.750 Inch x 9.750 Inch and is made of aluminum material for good durability. It is perfect for 2 x 8 construction. Housing is provided with a notch making it ideal for chalk line alignment. It has a porcelain socket with nickel-plated brass screw shell. Collar of the housing can be adjusted from 1/2 - 1-1/2 inches in accordance with the ceiling thickness. It is featured with a bar hanger that locks the hosing securely in a position. Hanger bar is provided with integral T-bar ceiling clamps for added safety. Housing is UL-CUL damp location listed.
