Detailed Description: Progress Lighting® 6-Inch Remodel housing with pigtail grounding features 1/2 Inch knockouts. It is constructed from durable corrosion resistant galvanized steel and has nickel-plated brass screw shell porcelain socket. Housing adjusts from 1/2 Inch to 1-1/2 Inch thick ceilings. Socket can be used as a temporary work light. It features adjustable slide bars to lock unit securely to ceiling. Housing socket mounts to trim for optimum performance and consistent lamp position. It measures 15-1/2 Inch x 7-1/8 Inch x 7-1/2 Inch. It features trim-lock® action that forces trim to fit snugly against the ceiling. It is IC and non-IC rated and ideal for use in damped locations. Remodel housing is UL listed.
