Detailed Description: Marley IUH Series 2-Phase Industrial unit heater in neutral gray color is rated at 208 Volts, 13.8/20.8 Amps, 5 kilo-Watts and provides airflow of 270 CFM at 16 ft. Heater features 6-Watts 1400 RPM motor to drive fan. It has an enclosure with corrosion-resistant epoxy painted finish and adjustable discharge louvers for directing the air where desired. It provides an output of 17 BTU/hour and is designed to be mounted at a height of 8 ft. Heater uniformly discharges all heated air due to internal operating temperatures.

Heater has a durable steel sheath element brazed with tubular steel fins that are molded in to a copper coil configuration for the superior heat transfer. Fins and elements are arranged in uniform grid pattern to maximize airflow and thus eliminate the potential for hot spots. Element is finished with aluminized paint to resist corrosion. It measures 12-3/8 Inch x 14 Inch x 12-1/2 Inch. An auto-reset thermal cutout disconnects power from the element if an overheated condition occurs without stopping the fan to dissipate excess heat from the element. The 5-kilo-Watts and 7.5 kilo-Watts heater can be used in horizontal or vertical positions.

Heater can be mounted vertically or horizontally. The element is re-energized automatically when the normal operating temperature returns. Motors and contactor coils are rated for voltage 240 Volts and operate on the secondary step-down power transformer to eliminate need of separate power source. It can withstand a temperature rise of 60 deg F. It finds application in factories, stores, warehouses, public buildings, service stations, workshops and other large/exposed areas.
