Housing and arm measuring 7 Inch x 7 Inch is made from precision die cast aluminum for enhanced durability. Barn light has high temperature silicone gasket that remains in place during relamping. It uses constant current driver that offers 95% efficiency and has a power rating of 28 Watts. Driver is rated at 120 Volts, 700 mA and has a surge rating of 4 kilo-Volts. It is provided with lens made of frosted polycarbonate that resists high impact. Barn light produces sufficient light to hit the broad side of a barn.
