Detailed Description: Schneider Electric / Square D Altivar 212 Speed AC drive is used to operate 60 hp power-rated asynchronous motor with supply voltage rating of 380 - 480 VAC at supply frequency range of 50 - 60 Hz. It has line current rating of 83.8 Amps at 380 Volts and 65.9 Amps at 480 Volts. The 3-Phase AC drive uses sensorless flux vector type controls for adjusting AC motor speed and torque. It is used to drive pump and fan motor in HVAC application. It measures 11.180 Inch x 34.650 Inch x 13.590 Inch. Variable torque drive is provided with heat sink to use in normal environment and ventilated enclosure. Modbus, APOGEE FLN, LonWorks, METASYS N2 and BACnet protocol standards are integrated into the drive controller for connecting industrial network. It transmits data at rate of 9.6 kbps or 19.2 kbps.

Driver has apparent power rating of 61.9 kVA for 380 Volts. It has continuous output current rating of 94 Amps at 380/460 Volts and maximum transient current rating of 103.4 Amps for about 60 seconds. It has speed rating of 1 - 10 RPM. Nominal switching frequency of drive is 8 kHz and output frequency rating is 0.5 - 200 Hz. It has 10 variable speed levels with +/- 10% speed accuracy and +/- 15% torque accuracy for adjusting motor rotation. Red color LED is provided to signal drive operation and has a frame size of 6. Driver has 0.6 Nm - 24 Nm tightening torque terminals for accommodating 1/0 - 14 AWG conductors. Internal circuits of drive have supply voltage rating of 24 VDC with lesser than 200 milli-Amps overload/short-circuit protection current for safer operation.

AC Drive has adjustable PI regulator to control speed range in asynchronous motor. It is provided with Class C2 EMC filter for maintaining correct working of electrical and electronic systems. It has insulation resistance greater than 1 mega-Ohm at 500 VDC for safer operation. It comes with optional communication card for LonWorks to connect high performance peripherals. Drive is enclosed in NEMA 12, IP54 enclosure that provides protection against external harsh environmental condition.

Driver has dielectric strength of 5092 VDC between control and power terminals, 3535 VDC between earth and power terminals. The 2-Wire drive features one RJ45 connector and one open style connector for external connection. It has vibration resistant of 1 GN, shock resistance of 15 GN and noise levels of 64 dB for consistent and reliable operation. Driver has temperature rating of 0 to 40 deg C, storage temperature rating of -25 to 70 deg C and works within 95% relative humidity environment. AC drive is UL listed, CSA/CE certified, C-Tick/NOM/GOST approved, RoHS compliant and UL plenum rated.
