High I2T rating and this switch meets automotive and heavy-industry requirements

Longer contact life, Quick-make, quick-break, cam-trip, and spring-loaded action throws the switch into the ON position under pressure. This provides a quick-break when switching to the OFF position. The double-break contact principle also assures longer life and exceptional interrupting capacity

Visible contact indication, Clear ON and OFF markings plus actual contact positions are both visible through pole "windows"

Fuse-mounting flexibility, Fuse clips are mounted on top of the switch, providing a compact unit. Interchangeable fuse-clip kits are available for quick adaptation to other ratings

Dead-front construction, When the switch is in the OFF position, all visible current-carrying parts are de-energized, thus providing additional safety for maintenance electricians

Auxiliary interlocks, One- or two-pole interlocks can be added to the disconnect switch when required

Detailed Description: Schneider Electric / Square D NEMA 0/1 Disconnect switch has a durable cast metal, rotary handle actuator that is lockable in OFF position and defeatable in ON position. It has a current rating of 30 Amps, voltage rating of 600 VAC and power rating of 25 hp at 600 VAC/20 hp at 480 VAC/10 hp at 200 - 240 VAC/5 hp at 120 VAC. Switch can be used with class H/K/J/R fuses or can be used for non-fusible applications. It has double-break contact type for durable contact life and high interrupting capacity. Switch features dead front construction that ensures enhanced safety with visible current-carrying parts de-energized, when it is in OFF position.

Switch is also suitable for high I2T rating service entrance applications and automotive/heavy industry applications. It can be used with 1-Pole or 2-Pole auxiliary interlocks for flexibility. Switch is included with interchangeable fuse-clip kit for flexible and quick adaptation to other ratings. It has ON and OFF markings for clear position indication. Switch is equipped with pole windows for visual verification of actual contact positions. It can be mounted on doors and on control equipment panels. Switch is UL listed and CSA certified.
