Detailed Description: Schneider Electric / Square D TeSys® K 3-Pole Non-reversing contactor uses built-in bi-directional peak limiting diode suppressor coil technology with a coil voltage of 24 VDC for reliable operation. It is suitable to use with TeSys K motor management system and used for accommodating resistive loads. It has rated operational voltage rating of 690 VAC, current rating of 12 Amps and power rating of 5.5 kilo-Watt at frequency of 50/60 Hz. It is rated for withstanding impulse voltage of 8 kilo-Volts and has insulation voltage rating of 690 Volts. It has circuit making capacity of 144 Amps, breaking capacity of 110 Amps and has NO auxiliary contact configuration.

Contactor uses 20-Amps and 10-Amps current rated fuses for protecting contactor from short-circuit current and overload voltage. The special armature structure design allows all devices and all operating coils, AC/DC, to have the same physical size and panel footprint for convenience. It can be easily installed on to mounting plate or rail and has screw clamp connection. Connector has terminal torque of 1.3 Nm for accommodating 0.34 - 1.5 sq.mm, 0.75 - 4 sq.mm and 1.5 - 4 sq.mm flexible/solid cables. It measures 1.770 Inch x 2.240 Inch x 2.280 Inch.

Contactor offers electrical durability of 1.3 Mega cycles for 32 Amps AC-3 at Ue less than or equal to 440 Volts and 0.3 Mega cycles for 6 Amps AC-1 at Ue less than or equal to 440 Volts. It has mechanical durability of 30 Mega cycles and has an operating rate of 3600 cycles/hour. It has rated breaking capacity of 70 Amps at 660 - 690 Volts, 110 Amps at 380 - 400/220 - 230 Volts, 80 Amps at 500 Volts, 110 Amps at 440/415 Volts. Contactor had 1.8-Watts heat dissipation for instantaneous type of auxiliary contacts and provides 5 milli-Amps minimum switching current and 17 Volts minimum switching voltage for signaling circuit. It operates within temperature rating of -20 to 50 deg C and stored at a temperature rating of -50 to 80 deg C with IP2X-degree protection. Contactor is UL listed and CSA certified.
