Detailed Description: Thomas & Betts Pos-E-Kon B Series Side entry double lever locking post hood is made of die-cast aluminum alloy that provides resistance to corrosion. It has glass-filled thermoplastic insert and contacts made of solid drilled copper alloy. Hood is hard silver/gold plated and has epoxy powder-coat finish EPDM seal gaskets that are chemical resistant. It has 32 contacts with 1 milli-Ohm resistance and features NPT entry of 1 Inch x 1 Inch. It is rated at 600 VAC, 16 Amps. It withstands temperature of -40 to 125 deg C. It has a screw terminal that accommodates wire of size 20 - 14 AWG. It has a crimp terminal that accommodates wire of size 20 - 14 AWG. Hood is UL94 V-0 flammability rated to withstand hazardous environmental conditions. Post hood is MEIE, EZU, SEV approved and meets RoHS compliance.
