Detailed Description: Hoffman Pressure compensation device is engineered to offer IP66 protection in applications requiring slow pressure equalization. It is made of DuPont™ plastic PA66 with light-gray finish for durability. Device eliminates pressure differentials in a tightly sealed enclosure caused by electrical and electronic equipment within the enclosure and fluctuations of outside ambient temperature. It is provided with a sealing gasket that is made of nitrile buna-n rubber material for durability.

Device has a air permeability of 1200 liters/hour at a pressure difference of 70 m bar. It measures 2.360 Inch. It is featured with a semi permeable membrane inside the plug to filter moisture and dust. Device comes with mounting thread M40 with union nut for easy installation. Device is UL listed and CE marked.
